Hello! I’m Roberta Nascimento de Carvalho, a Creative Leader from São Paulo, Brazil, currently based in Geneva, Switzerland.
With over 15 years of experience across fashion, beauty, logistics, and FMCG, I’ve worked in diverse international markets including India, Belgium, and Switzerland. Since 2016, I’ve been based in Europe, leading design projects initially in Brussels, at UPS (Logistics) and, more recently, in Geneva, at Procter & Gamble (FMCG), where I’m part of the Fabric Care Design team. My background covers branding, packaging, digital campaigns, art direction, and creative strategy.

At P&G, I focus on premium packaging, brand identity systems, and elevating visual expression across European markets — translating strategic objectives into exciting and high-impact creative solutions.

Alongside my corporate career, I also run a design studio dedicated to Interior Design and Art Direction, where I merge aesthetics and function to create thoughtful, experience-driven spaces.
